Hydroponics Free Delivery
We offer free delivery for any customer who lives within the UK mainland (England, Scotland & Wales) and spends £100 online. You can order any number of goods to reach this figure and your order can even include a couple of bags of soil or clay pebbles, but you cannot order any more than two bags to qualify for free delivery.
GreenSea Hydroponics only accepts orders and dispatches goods within the United Kingdom.
All orders received by 2.00pm are dispatched the same day, stock permitting. However please allow up to a maximum of 3 working days to receive your goods.
If you do have an urgent requirement for a product, please contact us by telephone before placing your order and we will try to accommodate your needs.
All orders small or large are sent in plain packaging and we do not charge any additional surcharges for any heavy or large items.
Online orders can only be delivered to the PayPal account address or the cardholder's registered home address and all orders will require a signature upon delivery.
NO orders can be left in a shed or garage, but they can be left with a neighbour if you wish. We clearly state on parcels ‘Do Not Leave with Neighbour’, but if that is what you require please contact us and let us know.
Goods received damaged must be clearly signed for as damaged on the courier paperwork and reported to GreenSea Hydroponics within 24 hours.
Our courier service is 'APC Overnight' who delivers from 8.00am until 5.00pm Monday-Friday. If you are out when the couriers attempts delivery they will leave you a card to contact them and rearrange delivery, a second attempt at delivery will be at no extra cost. After a maximum of 2 attempts, the couriers will return the parcel/s to GreenSea Hydroponics and then you the customer will be liable for another delivery charge to resend the goods.
GreenSea Hydroponics closes for Bank Holidays, so orders received on a Bank Holiday weekend will be dispatched a day later than usual.
A standard fee of £6.95 is charged for all orders under £100 and goods can be expected next day, stock permitting. Saturday deliveries are also available for those who are not home during the week and this option can also be chosen in the checkout.
England, Scotland & Wales

Unfortunately the Scottish Highlands does not qualify for free delivery and a standard fee of £16.95 is charged for all orders and goods can be expected within 2-3 days. If you require your order quicker, you can select a next day service in the checkout.

Northern Ireland does not qualify for free delivery. If you live in Northern Ireland under the postcodes from BT1 through to B17 you will pay a standard fee of £22.95 and goods can be expected within 2-3 days. If you require your order quicker, you can select a next day service in the checkout.

We maintain good stock levels of all our products so we can dispatch orders quickly, with at least 95% of orders dispatched the same day, but please allow up to 2-3 days to receive your goods. You can contact us to check availability before you order if you wish to.
If you place an order online and a product is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know when it will be available. There may be an alternative product we can offer, or you can simply wait until the product you ordered arrives back in stock.
Goods Damaged in Transport
All products are inspected and packaged carefully before being dispatched. On receipt of the goods, the customer is to inspect the parcel/s and goods carefully; and if there is any sign of damage, the customer should sign for the goods as "Damaged in Transit" and indicate to the delivery driver that a claim will be made.
The customer can refuse delivery of goods or arrange for GreenSea Hydroponics to collect them for return.
GreenSea Hydroponics must be notified immediately of any damaged goods, delayed or lost products in transit.
If goods are received damaged and clearly signed for as "Damaged in Transit", we will replace the goods at no extra charge or refund any money paid by you, the customer.
If goods are received damaged and NOT clearly signed for as "Damaged in Transit", then no claim can be made.
If you do not have time to inspect the goods when delivered, you must please sign "Unchecked" along with your signature.
